Will I ever be able to play siege again?
TLDR at the end

I have played the is game for a little over 2 years and it’s the only game I really enjoy and have actually put hours into. I am peak silver 1 with a peak kd of around 1 flat. A few months ago during summer someone in Brazil breached my account, I did not realize because I hadn’t checked my email and I was too busy to play at that time with college classes and a full time job. Next time I go on my email I just see a permanent ban notification and I’m j like haha that’s funny and ask my friends which one of them is trolling me until I check and I’m actually banned. Then I look into it more and see the messages of the breach to my Ubisoft account and look at R6 tracker. The person was hard cheating 100% they had a crazy K/D and headshot %. At that point I understood the ban but I assumed once I appealed and showed the proof that I was not on my account at the time the cheating happened it couldn’t have been me and they would unban me. That never happened and months later they just said I’m gonna continue to be banned permanently(this was like last week btw it took them 4 months to answer). I had already accepted defeat on that months prior and bought the game again and grinded through to level 50. I was finally starting to enjoy playing again and my friends started playing again too and then I open my email today to another ban notification. By the way I was silver 1-2 with a 0.89 K/D.

So again I ask, is there any way I can play siege? I have receipts for everything and all I want is just to be able to play siege I’ve never cheated and never will. I don’t know what else to do because I’ve wasted 150 hours just grinding through to level 50 and eventually back to silver 1 and now I can’t even play. Also I thought buying the game again legit from Ubisoft directly or through steam I guess was the right way to be able to play again. I didn’t purchase an account ir anything I simply bought the game again on steam.

TLDR: My old account got hacked by smo in Brazil and they cheated on it. It got banned, and I bought the game again on steam and grinded back to the same measly silver 1 0.89 k/d as before. Now I got banned again.

How the hell is that “on me” I didn’t leak my password. There’s so many massive data breaches nowadays it’s not reasonable to say it’s “on you” for someone getting into your account. I don’t know how it happened but I assumed my password got leaked in a data breach which I’ve heard has been an issue for other people in the past, but the truth is I don’t know. I have pretty secure passwords and have never had that issue of someone getting access to any of my other accounts anywhere so clearly it’s not “on me.”

Also you didn’t answer my question, what does that have to do with my new account that is perfectly fine and has never broken tos.

@Honest_Ronaldo7 @iFightir I mean clearly my password got leaked which is why I’ve since changed it and reactivated 2FA but either way what does that have to do with my new account that i grinded from level 0 on and never cheated on, never account shared, and purchased on steam directly from Ubisoft.
