Looked after some bike riders, put on a few events, managed a cycling team, got involved in a bit of running, worked in fashion for a bit, now CEO @rapha
First 3 months as CEO of Rapha and my first ever Festive 500.
Thanks to @vincentpope for completing it with me - a mammoth undertaking when you have 3 kids and a couple of weeks notice! It was a cool thing to do with your best mate - albeit there were more than a few โwhy are we doing thisโ momentsโฆ. And then, like always, when itโs done you know why you did it.
Huge well done to the hundreds of thousands of people who managed to complete it this year and Happy New Year. I get a feeling 2025 is going to be a cracker - letโs go ๐ค
10 years ago @franmillar did a very special thing for our @franh103 ! We have the jersey framed and on the wall. Kids need heroes and inspiration! Thank you!
That is SO weird! I was telling our CMO today about that! We were looking at your images and he said - wow this oneโs amazing. To which I said โyeah, but they pissed me right off as they nearly missed the bus taking it - bloody idiotsโ itโs still one of my favorite ever shots, crazy happy times. Love ya Scotty x
Returning home from Mallorca after 10 days riding and clearing my head in advance of starting the biggest challenge of my career: CEO of @rapha
It is a role I feel like Iโve spent my entire career preparing for and I feel deeply privileged to have the opportunity to lead a brand I have respected and admired since its inception.
I start on 16/09/24 - the week the brand will be celebrating its 20th anniversary.
Hereโs to the next 20 years I guess ๐ค๐ค#PastForward
The past year has seen me have a renaissance, in the truest senseโฆ I wonโt go into details now but will at some point before long. What has brought so much happiness to my life and those around me this past year has been my falling back in love with sport.
Cycling has, and always will be, my number one. Yet Iโd forgotten that I simply love sport, not for results but for the sheer joy of doing it, Iโd completely forgotten that the health of my mind is intrinsically connected to the health of my body. Iโve rediscovered the love I had for sport that existed before the world of professional cycling took over in the way it did. Iโve been pushing myself and trying new things this past year, indifferent to the results, just out having fun and at times going deeper than I thought I was capable of anymore.
Last week I got on a TT bike for the first time in a decade, @FactorBikes built me a bike, Iโve been looking at it for two years and decided it was time to get fitted, getting back on it felt like going home. Anyway, the long and the short of this is that itโs inspired me to create a club to inspire and be inspired. A community for us to share our love for getting out there and doing it, because Iโve realized that although I spend most of my sporting life on my own I derive the most pleasure when feeling part of something. Itโs in its early days, Iโve called it Sporting Club CHPT3 aka SCC3, Iโd love you to check it out and join. Itโs still in its infancy, but I hope itโs going to grow into something that will inspire you as much as me.

Such a joy to spend 30mins chatting to one of my all time favourite Knights of the Realm about cycling, Winning Behaviours, 1:59 and Belstaff. Thank you for asking me Michael โบ๏ธ
New episode of the Accomplishment Podcast is out today!
I am joined by the brilliant @franmillar to discuss her career and the lessons she has learnt in taking accomplishment in sport to accomplishment in business.

This is such a good listen. Some amazing memories and so proud of my boy @vincentpope ๐ซถ (also I am actually Scottish, not just โin theoryโ ๐) https://t.co/fDC40cNByG
@SteveECrane@monzo I have never experienced anything like it. Itโs absolutely appalling. Luckily itโs not my main account but if it was I would have been in huge trouble unable to access anything for over a working week at the end of the month. Mental.
So @monzo I have now been emailing you for 6 days. Have supplied all the information requested and keep getting automated responses - tried calling - 2 hours on hold then cut off. Have no access to my account or the money in it. What am I supposed to do??
