@AmericanAir @AmericanAir Were we supposed to wait at our gate for 13 hours? At 3:50 am we received an email saying the plane, which had been delayed to 7:45 am at the time, would now depart at 4:43 am. Only 57 minutes notice to navigate an international airport after 12 delays and decreases!

Last Friday, Grant and I were supposed to fly home from Seattle with @AmericanAir ... About 3 hours before our flight, we were delayed 3 hours... but the delays kept rolling in! 15 different adjustments in the departure time!! Up to 10 hours later than our ticketed flight!

We contacted @AmericanAir asking why our flight to Boston was delayed & how take-off could bounce between 9 pm to 1 am to 2 am to 4 am and even 7:45 am and then back - less than an hour before departure! But we were forced to book with another airline. Now we need a refund!
