For anyone who have not experienced @Tesla Full Self Driving (FSD) ... it is absolutely amazing!!! 😍
Thanks @Tesla_AI !!
Watch the time lapse video below below and see how few times I USED the steering in 8 hours while driving my daughter's Model Y with FSD 14.1.4. I touched the steering many times to adjust the FSD mode (right button) but did not steer apart from when I wanted to take a different direction or park in a certain spot.
On this trip FSD protected us from trucks leaving their lane into ours, trees leaning into the road, as well several instances of road debris or roadkill.
I also regularly drive whole entire days without ever touching the steering in my CyberTruck lately ... in town, on highways, secondary roads, etc. From my driveway to the parking lot, driveway, parking garage etc.
If you still insist you do not trust, or could not trust FSD, please review the website at https://t.co/N5lL436mly and notice that you have 5 to 7 times less chance of an accident while using FSD. It never sleeps, never feels fatigued, never gets distracted.
If you want a demo drive and you are close by just let me know ... or visit a @Tesla showroom 👍
Apart from all this magic happening we also had a @Starlink Mini mounted to the inside of the Tesla Model Y roof. Do not leave home without it!!!
We traveled all throughout WV without any interruptions in service. Anyone traveling the backroads of WV know that phone service is luxury in those valleys.
If you travel long distances use your @Tesla and @Starlink in combination to be have a much more worry free trip!
Today, after nearly 11 months, I have finished Thermodynamics: An Engineering Approach.
Thermodynamics is incredibly foundational for engineering in general, from basic heat transfer via the First Law of Thermodynamics, all the way to the Maxwell relations that fundamentally relate the natural and nonnatural variables. It models the intricate relationships between heat, energy, temperature, and work that provide the basis for the action within the universe. This text provided me with the basics of gas mixtures, chemical reactions, exergy, and gas power cycles, all of which are essential for analyzing thrust chambers, determining the maximum theoretical work produced out of a jet engine, and measuring the second law efficiency of an engine throughout its flight.
At the beginning I found this subject quite challenging: the problems were unlike many I have seen before and I struggled to at times understand what it was asking. This was primarily due to the abstract concepts like entropy and exergy, that I struggled to fully consolidate. Thankfully, I persevered and thus expanded my capability. Oddly enough, I had to learn to code for this as well; Engineering Equation Solver (EES) was used in many of the problems, requiring me to vary parameters (e.g., adiabatic flame temperature vs excess air) or simply solve the problem due to the algebra required (calculating enthalpy off combustion).
I also want to express my heartfelt thanks to Yunus A. Çengel, Michael A. Boles, and Mehmet Kanoğlu for providing this text which is generously open to self-study with its plethora of images and clear explanations.
@cerdafied_nick@wholemars I would not buy anything without FSD ever again. I also have several friends and their family who have recently (or will soon) bought Tesla vehicles specifically because of FSD.
@karnetas@iamsagitarian1 I presume you are an your moronic views do not sit behind the wheel every day watching your Tesla drive each and every part of your trip without any intervention. Feel free to live in your bubble. I will live in mine. 😜
@tv_decisive@elonmusk@Tesla@t_blom Disengage FSD by undoing your safety belt. You will get a critical take over warning but your streak will remain intact.
These stupid rail thin barriers that close the offramps/lanes for entry into express lanes need to just be banned. I do not understand how you can place such low visibility skinny barriers on interstates. My only critical disengagement for FSD V13 was entering the express lane at 80 MPH to suddenly see these stupid beams at the last second, stopping just barely before the first. It seems we need more training specifically to recognize the stupid things.
Robert Marks on @Tesla FSD (Supervised) after buying a Model Y:
"Its self-driving is the most impressively engineered consumer product since the smartphone. I say this as a practicing electrical and computer engineering professor with decades of experience in algorithms and artificial intelligence.
Among others, I’ve showed off my Tesla to a control theory professor, a retired Marine fighter pilot, and a retired police officer. All were agog.
Whether Tesla ultimately dominates the future of transportation or merely helps ignite it, one thing is clear: the automobile is being reinvented before our eyes. For those like me who grew up thinking of cars as engines, gears, and gas tanks, stepping into a Tesla feels less like buying a new car and more like getting a glimpse of tomorrow."

@SawyerMerritt@Starlink If I have to choose between "Insert Name Here" Airline with Starlink and Delta with whatever else they try to sell as onboard Wifi I will choose the other airlines whenever possible.
@yunta_tsai I have told my agent to generate the steps fathfully. I have tried various prompts. I am going out of my mind with frustration. Nothing seems to work. The laundry just remains in the laundry basket. The washer and dryer remains silent. The workflow is not automating!!! 🤣
@yunta_tsai My question ... why do you need (d). And, why do you even need (c). Any sufficiently smart agent should understand that it should complete the assigned plan and not stop before it is sure it is properly implemented. I also do the same in prompts, but why should I?
A must watch! The amazing impact of going against the mainstream narrative about cholesterol, illustrated by the stories of real people. Thanks @realDaveFeldman and team.
