@EtihadHelp 6.5 hours waiting for an online agent and still, no reply to my DM. My mother needs to travel back to London and was due to leave on 8th March but was cancelled, your website doesn’t let me change her flight.

First I asked just for an extension of a voucher which they refused despite me saying it was due to losing my father in August, can you believe it! Now I think I have the right for a refund… they’re just greedy..I agree

@FranTweets1 @qatarairways @qrsupport Good luck Fran, @qatarairways will tell you to DM them and then tell you the same story that they can’t refund you. It’s all nonsense, they just don’t want to. I’m sure other people are offered travel vouchers so it’s probably discrimination.
