@Stallion2011@Watson_SLdn College Football is the most translatable American sports culture to Europe imo.
The local culture of it is much more appealing than the NFL where teams can be transplanted across the country.
@DrFreedomCrAmmo@Magnum_Tom5@o_reachtaire I think it has translated to footy over the last decade with analytics and statisticians being pretty integral. look how Jamestown Analytics have helped Brighton and Hearts punch well above their weight.
Do like baseball with its similarities to cricket though.
@Paul_Newman66@TheAthletic That £20 million from the Hundred couldn’t come sooner. The England women’s games always go well at Taunton it seems. Would be great to expand the ground and grow its presence with the ECB
ECB made certain championship rounds use Kookaburra balls to see who could use it away from home then proceeded to pick Carse who took 4 wickets @ 109 in said Championship rounds
You won Surrey. Enjoy the title, I hope it makes you very happy. Dear lord, what a sad little life Surrey. You ruined everyone’s season. Spend your money on getting some lessons on grace and decorum because you have all the grace of a reversing dump truck without any tires on
@saintjimjim@thecricketmen@SomersetCCC Well if we’re taking percentages of the country then nothing in cricket would look any good. Still haven’t addressed the clear fact that the hundred is given so much funding to advertise and push its format to consumers and the CC gets nothing.
