I've phoned the Edinburgh Waverley lost property office many times and they never answer the phone. Is there anyway I can be put in touch with them to see if my case has been handed in? I've tried all other channels including Missing X etc.

@Scotrail I left my luggage on the train between Glasgow and Edinburgh this morning. They don't have it at Queen Street or Waverley. I've reported it to Missing X but is there any way I can check if it's been handed in at any of the stations in between?

@hoylesy @EmbSpainUK My BA flight has been cancelled. Trying to organise something else. The recibo is only valid until tomorrow. After that you need full residency. But thinking surely they have to give us some leeway given the airport closure?!

Hi @EmbSpainUK I'm flying back to Spain on Saturday 9th January to start a job with Auxiliares de Conversación on 11th. I applied for the TIE in December and only have the 'recibo de presentación'. Please can you add this to the list of acceptable proof of starting the process?

@British_Airways My flight from Heathrow to Madrid tomorrow has been cancelled due to the closure of Madrid airport. I really need to get to Spain tomorrow as my residency-in-process documents are only accepted until 10th. Is it possible to change the flight to another airport?

@British_Airways Hi, I live in Spain and will fly to UK 12th Dec, returning on Jan 9th. The EU have announced that travel to the EU from the UK will be banned from 1st Jan as a result of Brexit and Covid. Will the return flight go ahead?
