@Barstool_Sotey@BenScottStevens I would argue the dog turd offense makes it more impressive considering the number of three and outs Iowa has when it was offense. Tough to grind the clock when you only get three plays…
@thfc0388@parteysznx Agree to double Messi but shouldn’t it have come from Kane and them Anderson could have stopped in front of Fernandez and still could have challenged De Paul if Messi went there? Was a mess regardless. To mutch cluster standing at the 6
@BaileyCarlin No not at all, but he needs other high level players especially in the midfield to draw attention and help him shine and show his true talent.
@AlphonsoDente@CanesDavid What defines an enlarged prostate specifically? One rads enlarged could be another one’s normal, but they will all dictate the dreaded bladder wall thickening….
@CanesDavid Dave, you should’ve given up long ago. You have spent so much inertia on this. Thankfully, the sardonic malcontents of X are not our real life experience. We continue to have amazing doctor- patient relationships every single day.
@jasonryanmd The sardonic malcontents of X are not even close to real-world doctor/patient interactions imo. By and large I continue to have wonderfully positive interactions with patients each and every day.
@apiari@BenMazer Same is true with prostate cancer. Significantly more older men die with prostate cancer than because of it and over treatment leads to real harm hence the advent of active surveillance.
@1Burlington@BenMazer This isn’t the burn you think it is. They are detecting things way sooner because of all of this testing. Long before any sort of natural detection of true significant lesions. So of course five year data shows this and rates still are very close between both countries.
@tlbtlbtlb A cyst “next” to one kidney doesn’t really make anatomic sense and without giving someone gadolinium a non-contrast MRI of the kidneys is significantly flawed for diagnosis.
@JGisSatoshi@rheum_ai Laughable. So poorly though out. Who do you think would benefit financially from all this excessive testing? This would throw a much higher magnitude of patients on their “turf” for them to evaluate and yet they are pushing back by and large.
@jasonljin Jason when these aberrant medical imaging findings are noted on these new scans who will benefit economically by being consulted, doing additional testing/biopsies/procedures, eval pathologic slides ect?
