@RockNRoLL_85 Bob forever. Love Bruce, but honestly? Most of his music is truly hard to listen to. I always thought I was a huge fan of the Boss. Did a book report on him in high school even. Then I listened to his discography and realized I only like about 10 songs 😭

@bgrzib Oh man, sounds like the actual days! 😅 I regret not getting into records sooner, but then again, I do a similar look, look again, and reevaluation today when I’m music shopping. Depending on the store size, I’ll flip through every single bin. The cooler the insert, the better!

We had a weekly tradition of going to the music store. Yeah, the ones with guitar strings, but the ones with the “new” CD racks too. The Long Road was a repeat on hour long drives every day in 2003 (from the trailer park into town) 🫶

@bgrzib Ughhh reality TV really killed the.. TV star, I swear. I’ve been watching Emeril Live for the first time recently and I was so bummed to hear all of that got canned for reality too. I remember watching VH1 as a kid in the 00s because at least it had music playing sometimes!
