@TPEassist I was of the understanding that tpe staff travelling should give up their seats to the long suffering paying and standing public - is this correct? I am not sure all your staff seem to be following this "advice".

@TPEassist This week I have noticed railway staff travelling in First Class (presumably for free) on the 16.18 Manchester Victoria To Huddersfield Train. This train is extremely busy and seats are at a premium, first class doubly so. Is this normal practice?

@TPExpressTrains I pay a premium for first class ticket to manchester from huddersfield. On way back to huddersfield 16:18 from victoria.customer services invited standard passengers to sit in first - can I claim a refund for this journey as he'd downgraded the area to standard.

@TPEassist - Train arrived on time into Manchester Victoria today. Lounge in Huddersfield open, coffee machine and TV working. Faultless service and makes a very pleasant change - please keep it up TPE. You just need to put some more carriages on for the afternoon rush hour...

@TPEassist Hi can you let me know why it is worth paying £387.90 for a first class season ticket for the Huddersfield to Manchester Victoria train. All I got this evening on the 16:17 back from Manchester was the ability to stand in first instead standing in standard!
