Big cities (over 2M metro) will wither gradually over the next 100 years. In these cities people are paying a huge premium (housing and transport) for more versions of the same thing.
700K metro pop is the sweet spot for liveability and variety and services.

But... he is still a guy who doesn't have a real position. He can't play 10. If he plays 8 he needs a 6 with real athleticism (Rice). Basically, his best position is in both boxes, so what position is that?
