PGE came that very night, climbed the pole and restored power. I don’t see why quantum or centurylink cannot do the same thing while waiting for pole replacement. It wasn’t too dangerous for PGE to work on.

A fire melted the fiber and mst line on our telephone pole on Monday. The fiber box is owned by quantum the transmission box is PGEs and the pole belongs to Lumen/century link. All three entities are doing nothing

Technicians are sent out to stare and scratch their head and say well it’s not our pole or I can’t touch it until it’s replaced. Several homes are without network capabilities and several work from home
