Your analysis 'seemed' biased. Rwanda (a State)'s interferences in DRC cannot be compared to the 'multitude' of rebellions (group). You also forgot to mention that many credible reports (UN group of experts,...) suggest Rwanda backs many of those groups (including the FDLR pro Rwanda). #RDC

Le Rwanda travaille beaucoup avec sa diaspora pour ses victimiser et ainsi faire passer son narratif. Ça paie. Le gouvernement congolais est distrait. Les quelques réunions qu’ il organise avec les officiels américains ne sont pas suffisantes pour contrer le Rwanda.
