🚨 RUMORS OF POTENTIAL SCOTUS SHIFT ON BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP:

An anonymous Supreme Court clerk is reportedly claiming that Justice Amy Coney Barrett has had a change of heart on birthright citizenship after seeing evidence of foreign governments (such as Mexico) advertising “birth tourism” and citizenship-by-delivery services.

The clerk allegedly said:

“Something changed in [Amy Coney Barrett] after she saw that Mexico was putting up billboards advertising birthright citizenship deliveries… She’s going to flip.”

Background:

• The Supreme Court recently ruled on challenges to birthright citizenship policies.
• President Trump has indicated the U.S. may seek rehearing.
• Critics argue the current interpretation encourages exploitation via “anchor baby” tourism, straining resources and undermining the original intent of the 14th Amendment.

If true, a flip by Barrett (and possibly others) could lead to a major shift in how citizenship at birth is interpreted.
