We are a Lake District based charity and accompany people up fells/mountains in our all-terrain-wheelchairs. We also hire out Trampers for your holidays.
@WildernessHQ Toilets...wow....massively under ordered! 20 loos for live in and quiet camping with over 1000 folk paid for those areas... Not only were they crap toilets with no flow but there were far too few of them. The disabled loos throughout the festival. Useless... 🙈🤮🤢
@TorButlerCole@KitzingerCelia@sue_wilkinson I'd be more than happy to help with any information. Having tried to encourage others to set up similar guided experiences - in 4.5 years, I'm still the only one :(
.@FreedomWizardUK is a wonderful local charity making the fells accessible. Many thanks Allie for a great experience this morning on #Latrigg and for the care you took with my father. (Please follow me back so that I can DM you!)
Proud of my record-beating Dad: the oldest person (at nearly 94) to use a BOMA all-terrain wheelchair to ascend #Latrigg with @FreedomWizardUK. Thank you Allie for making this possible! #LakeDistrict
@CJMcFadden@EdenPolice@CumbriaRoadsPol Threlkeld Cricket ground had loads of space yesterday. Just means they'll extend or change their route up Blencathra. Absolutely no excuse for this parking.
We've just submitted an application to help cover costs for new batteries to take us into 2021...wish us luck!! https://t.co/tbZtWmj2Mp
