My 2023 Kia k5 was taken by the Deland Kia dealership under Kia's voluntary emissions campaign after failing inspection. They deemed it unsafe to drive and sre holding my car. I was given a loaner, but noe Kia wants it back-leaving me without transportation.

Kia Consumer affairs has not responded to my case, and I've filed complaints with NHTSA, BBB Autoline, and the Attorney General. STILL NO RESOLUTION.

@Kia how is it acceptable to take my car, admit it's unsafe, and then leave me stranded with no remedy or transportation.
