NEW: Father of the 6-year-old boy who was stabbed to death in Kentucky goes scorched earth after the man who killed his son was released from prison *again* after being re-arrested.

The father of Logan Tipton previously said he would kill Ronald Exantus if they ever crossed paths after Exantus broke into their home and killed his son.

Exantus was released early from prison in 2025 after serving just 10 years for stabbing Tipton in the head.

He had been found not guilty by "reason of insanity" in 2018.

Just 12 days after being released from prison, he was re-arrested in Florida for not registering as a convicted felon.

"Last year, this monster was released from jail due to Kentucky’s mandatory reentry supervision program. He reoffended, and got a pathetic 9 additional months. He is being released today despite the opportunity to hold him in a mental facility," said Kentucky State Rep. TJ Roberts.

Dean Tipton is speaking out about Exantus' release on Facebook.

"The judge and jury gave this monster a slap on the wrist while handing down a life sentence to my family," he said.

"Trying really hard to not let this break me....Ive carried so much over the years since Logan going to be with our Lord. I have woke up everyday, put on my fake a** smile and have carried on with life and literally living through hell."

"Today though im having a hard time trying to figure out how to go on with life. Knowing that this monster gets to walk free and live his life, while I lay in this bed and my baby boy is in the grave. This may be my breaking point."

Tessa Majors, 18, fought for her life in Morningside Park.

She broke free from her three teenage attackers twice.

They chased her down both times. One put her in a headlock so she couldn’t escape a third time while another stabbed her in the heart.

Even after the fatal wound, she still stumbled up a steep flight of stairs looking for help before collapsing.

The sentences:
• Rashaun Weaver (the stabber): 14 years to life

• Luchiano Lewis (held her): 9 years to life

• The 13-year-old: 18 months in juvenile detention

These animals got off far too easy.

This judge needs to be disbarred and removed from the bench.
