Rolo is a very busy boy. He loves to chase anything that moves and will do this all day. He loves his walks and stops to smell everything. He loves to get snug in his bed and he buries himself under his covers when he sleeps. Rolo is very affectionate and tries to jump on your lap for a cuddle. He loves his toys and will find his favourite and run about with it in his mouth. He is a very active boy so needs lots of exercise. Rolo has a very high prey drive and try to chase everything.
He can get himself very worked up over this and needs a very understanding owner to help him calm down. Rolo is also very reactive to other dogs and can redirect so will need an experienced owner. We think that Rolo would love lots of secure land where he can safely explore and with a very patient and understanding owner who can appreciate Rolo’s needs and give him all the love he deserves.

is a 12 year old Jack Russell cross (possibly Chihuahua or even Corgi!) who is looking for a quiet retirement home. He’s a lovely little chap who was very scared and shy at first, so needed some time to warm up to us when he first arrived, but he is now much happier now that he’s found his feet and is a proper little character! He already knows where his favourite treats are in our office and will stand and look at them to show us where they are – he’s definitely a clever little boy who knows what he wants!! Harry is quite a sensitive little soul who needs a gentle hand with someone who won’t be too overbearing with him – he loves a fuss on his terms, but doesn’t want any heavy handling.
Harry settles well in his kennel, and we’ve yet to hear a bark from him bless him. He has shown no issues at all around other dogs – he doesn’t seem at all interested in other dogs! He could live with another smaller, calm dog who won’t be too much for him.
He is not cat tested. Harry enjoys getting out for a walk, and although he won’t be one for huge long walks, he would really enjoy a nice couple of walks a day to stretch his little legs! He isn’t the happiest when travelling, and will tremble/cry/pant in the car, so ideally he wouldn’t want a lifestyle where he would be doing lots of car journeys, but he can manage for shorter trips where needed. https://t.co/NOv17F6ETj Megan is such a little character, and despite being 12, is fit as a fiddle with a spring in her step! She is a Patterdale cross and is looking for a home who know and love Terriers and can offer her a relatively active lifestyle even though she’s a senior! Megan is a little star who LOVES to play with her toys, loves her food, loves her walks and loves to hop up onto your knee for a cuddle! She is totally clean in her kennel, so appears to be housetrained.
She hasn’t shown much interest in other dogs so far – no aggression at all, but equally hasn’t been particularly interested in interacting, so may be happiest as the only dog, or with a calm dog who will be independent of her. She isn’t cat tested.
Megan would suit a child free home. She would love a quiet (ish), active retirement home with access to a secure garden.
Megan’s little quirk is that she will sometimes have a bark at cars on her walks, so she’d love to live in a more rural/countryside home away from busy traffic if possible! She has sadly been returned into our care as she isn’t a good traveller and stresses in the car (barks/is unsettled – she is not carsick). She really is such a fab little lady with so much personality – we think she’s a Terrier lovers dream and would take her home ourselves if we had the room!

Sadly, we have another urgent cry for help for another pup who has the most horrendous skin condition.

Our rescuer has been feeding these 2 pups and when she went to feed them early this morning there was only 1 - sadly the other was dead nearby💔

The remaining pup has awful demodex and is now all alone.

Our rescuer is going this evening and has asked if we can help save him/her.

So we don’t have long but we cannot leave this poor baby alone to suffer the same fate as the sibling 💔💔
