BREAKING | Fremont Gurdwara Sahib sent a letter to the DOJ asking them to investigate whether @HinduAmerican is functioning as a foreign agent of the Indian govt without registering under FARA.

"New documents have surfaced showing a growing pattern of [HAF] advocacy aligned with Indian foreign policy, and our Gurdwara Supreme Council has asked DOJ to look at these materials, which include India’s admission that HAF has a 'fiduciary' relationship with the Indian Embassy," a Gurdwara representative shared with Baaz over email.

The Gurdwara has retained prominent lawyer Chris Gober of Lex Politica to represent them in this effort.
