3. Lower the rarity of anniversary cakes to common.

1. 20 Million BP (since they wanna divide the 10 mil they shouldve given us last time. now we double it cause they double fucked up)
2. Revert cakes back to Common
3. One hundred cakes for EACH character we have unlocked in each of their inventory.
