The strongest leaders walk behind, giving others the confidence to take charge, which is the true art of redundant leadership. It is about influence, not authority. Walking behind doesn’t mean you’re not leading. It means you’re guiding, supporting, and letting others take ownership.
Remember, a title doesn’t make you a leader; your actions do.

Before TAPS at the D-Day Anniversary, it was announced to, “Stand if you can…”
This WWII Veteran stood. He couldn’t do it on his own, but due to his honor, was determined to do so.
One generation gave everything for the flag, that allows for the current one to burn it.
Special moment for this WWII Veteran visiting Utah Beach (Normandy) for D-Day’s 80th Anniversary 🙏🏼
We salute you sir and thank you for your service 🫡🇺🇸
