Marc is my favorite skater. He influenced my skateboarding and fashion, or lack of. There was a year where I wore white T-shirts and dickeys because he wore them in his “Seven Steps to Heaven” video part. I had the opportunity to meet Marc when he was on tour with the A-Team. I told him he was my favorite skater and he was genuinely surprised that somebody saw him as their favorite skater. He gave me his board. I still have it today. RIP Marc.
