At June's Disclosure Forum, the Disclosure Foundation announced Disclosure OS: an initiative to develop open-source tools and data standards for UAP research.

As Executive Director Jordan Flowers explains, the goal is to create infrastructure that isn't locked behind proprietary platforms, but can instead be freely adopted, improved, and built upon by all types of users across the UAP field.

This also includes collaborating with private organizations that are working on building UAP detection systems, as one example.

In relation to the Disclosure Foundation's Policy Brief No. 5 (Concrete Next Steps for UAP Disclosure), when asked what actions should be implemented immediately, Executive Director Jordan Flowers stated:

"I would immediately have there be a National Intelligence Estimate mandated about the UAP topic."

A National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) would require the Intelligence Community to move beyond collecting UAP data to analyzing the evidence, assessing potential threats, providing context, and putting its best assessment of what is occurring on the record.

An NIE would be a critical tool for interpreting future government UAP file releases.

Betty Sapp, former Director of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), has been described by Liberation Times sources as another key gatekeeper.

According to those sources, Sapp worked with former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and his deputy Stephanie O’Sullivan on an Obama‑era program focused on locating UAP, recovering them, and attempting to reverse‑engineer their technology.

🚨BREAKING🚨: The UFO cover-up is controlled by a secret society, founded in 1945 by the American and British spymasters who ran Allied intelligence in WWII, funded by dynastic banking money and built on the Nazi technology they smuggled out of a collapsing Europe.

The organization is the World Commerce Corporation, registered in Panama to bury its origins, its board reading like a spymasters' reunion: Bill Donovan, Allen Dulles and Britain's William Stephenson. It was born from a secret 1944 meeting in Paris where the Nazis, seeing the war was lost, planned to smuggle their scientists, technology and gold out of Europe. Researcher Jason Samosa (@jason_samosa ) argues it's the real-world model for the “Maynard Consortium” in Tom DeLonge's Sekret Machines, the novels inspired by conversations he had with General William McCasland. McCasland (who ran the Air Force lab where the Roswell wreckage was supposedly taken) vanished from his New Mexico home earlier this year, days after Trump announced a wave of UFO disclosure. Ben Rich, who built America's most secret aircraft at Lockheed, admitted near the end of his life that the UFO issue was governed by an international board sitting above even him.

The conversation also runs through the 1952 CIA program that quietly studied whether UFOs weren't aliens but demons. The devout Catholics threaded all the way up the CIA, enough that the Vatican may have a hand in controlling the UFO secret itself. Many coming out of this original CIA research group embedded themselves as bulwarks against further UFO research because they thought it was demonic. This loose network became known as the Collins Elite. It all circles back to Jacques Vallée's Messengers of Deception: UFOs, while literal objects, are incomprehensible as nuts-and-bolts spaceships, and the phenomenon's real product may be belief itself, an apocalyptic mythology built to keep a whole planet docile.

This is HUGE news.
PhD astronomer and former NASA engineer Ivo Busko has single-handedly driven a final nail into the coffin of the contamination-based hypotheses (e.g. plate defects and cosmic rays) proposed to explain the VASCO transients. He did so using one of the most creative approaches in astronomy I have ever seen: by analysing pre-Sputnik photographic plates from a German telescope known to suffer from severe optical distortions (aberrations), he demonstrated that the transients appear on these plates and exhibit the same optical distortions as the stars themselves. They are slightly narrower and sharper than the stars, consistent with brief flashes.

This is a crucial result. It shows that the transient light passed through the telescope optics, meaning the transients originate from real objects producing light, rather than from plate defects or cosmic-ray contamination that hit the plate. Dr Busko has also shown that the transients cluster spatially and are associated with periods close to nuclear tests. See the example of the triple transient with optical comas.

This is the greatest gift. Congratulations, Ivo.
