@Trustpilot You allow people to hold firms to ransom. They can lie, and you say it's not up to you to police. Telling companies to pay £200+ a MONTH for more reviews to dilute the bad ones is morally reprehensible. You don't care and make money out extortion.

@Trustpilot Your platform allows for fake, untruthful and defamatory reviews made in anger and for retribution. You hide behind the veil of free speech, and refuse to even assess validity of a false review claim. I just keep getting told to pay £200+ a month to dilute the bad reviews.

@Trustpilot Behind a lot of reviews is a lying, bully using the threat of a bad review. Trustpilot do not care and as with all social media companies, hide behind 'Free Speech' The latest legal case where a customer was sued for lying will change this.
