@AmazonHelp When you miss a delivery date, why can't you try your first delivery the next day? Why make an annoyance worse by leaving several days before your next scheduled attempt?
@AmazonHelp So after part of my order wasn't delivered yesterday, the 2nd part due today wasn't attempted. The next attempt isn't tomorrow, or the day after, but Monday. When you annoy a customer, you don't hold back.
@AmazonHelp Looks like the driver went home to Crewe. I don't mind them wanting to get back before the snow starts, but it's frustrating when they were so close to making the delivery
@sainsburys the inability to send you feedback on a food shopping delivery that was ruined in transit is a compelling reason to not order from you again. Your feedback is a bot that can't deal with this
@NatWest_Help do you have a way of talking to a person instead of your bot? I'm trying to settle and close my accounts, but your system doesn't make it easy
@ChronicleNUFC Very tempting to do this, because everything is click bait to a page of adverts with a few lines of nonsense vaguely related to the link title spread between the adverts
