@HabsLaughs Knocks against would be that the possession game tended to lead to a lot of perimeter play and I don't know that his staff was good at making adjustments. But overall he was great. Took the team from worst to first in the season he took over.

@HabsLaughs I liked him as HC in Toledo. Turned the team around as soon as he took over. I would say stylistically he pushed pace and transition, and in the OZ he liked puck possession.

@AdammH24 @EricEngels Lalonde was the head coach in Toledo for a couple of years. Met him once at a preseason event. He saw my Habs hat and instantly lit up. Told me he was from upstate NY and grew up a Habs fan. P.S. he was a great HC in Toledo. Team went from worst to first the season he took over.

@Jibblescribbits What's also ridiculous is paying for the NHL TV app so you can watch all the playoff games only to have NBC have rights to every single game and black them out. When you don't have cable, you can't watch any games (unless they're on NBC proper). That should be criminal.
