Gold and Silver: this is a critical week for metals as Gold is in the time band for a half primary cycle low snd Moon is now in Capricorn and Aquarius while Sun is in Gemini (air-air). If the bullish case is still alive for this primary cycle, a low probably needs to be completed this week. Otherwise longer-term 50-week snd 47-month cycles is in danger of turning down and taking out the lows of 2026 so far.

The Hungry Ghost Realm - The Suffering of Endless Craving ☸️
In Buddhist cosmology, the Hungry Ghost Realm is one of the most haunting symbols of suffering. In the Buddhist art, Beings in this realm are depicted with enormous swollen bellies and tiny narrow throats - consumed by endless hunger and thirst, yet unable to truly receive nourishment.
This imagery is not merely about another world. It is also about the human condition.
Lord Buddha Shakyamuni taught that Craving (tanha) lies at the root of suffering. The hungry ghost represents a mind trapped in insatiable wanting - always searching, never fulfilled.
One desire is satisfied, and another immediately appears.
Pleasure fades. Possessions lose their charm. Attention, status, stimulation, approval - the hunger continues...
Modern life often mirrors this realm more closely than we realize.
A person may have comfort, wealth, entertainment, and endless distraction, yet still feel inwardly empty. The outer world grows fuller while the inner world remains restless.
The Hungry Ghost Realm is therefore not only a place in Buddhist cosmology - it is also a mirror held before the human heart.
Lord Buddha's path does not condemn desire with hatred. It gently reveals its nature.
For the fire of Craving is never extinguished by feeding it endlessly,
but by understanding it deeply. 🙏

I'll share all my insights + interventions for this below.
The SARS-CoV-2 spike protein seems to do 5 main things:
— Blocks ACE2 receptors, disrupting blood pressure regulation, oxygen tensions, and metabolic flexibility - leading to a risk of blood clots.
— Inhibits nicotinic alpha-7 receptors, destroying a node of immune system + anti-inflammatory pathways.
— Suppresses p53, the master tumor suppressor, impairing apoptosis, POMC—a-MSH—melanin translation, and cell fate signalling.
— Direct mitochondrial toxin, disrupts the ETC + TCA/urea cycle, ATP + DDW production, disrupting heme synthesis + steroidogenesis.
— Activates ECM and fascia degradation via MMP induction, inflammation, and allows pathogen infiltration.
On top of this:
— Spike protein, binds ACE2 receptors in gut to disrupt tight junction proteins + lower sIgA levels - leading to leaky gut & infection.
— It destroys beneficial flora in the gut - Bifidobacterium & Faecalibacterium.
— One of the main negative-gram bacterial endotoxins - LPS - directly interacts with spike protein and supercharges inflammation.
— Spike protein mimics hepcidin and increases unbound iron, leading to Fenton reaction, inflammation, and also dysregulates heme-iron usage (CCO, CYP450s, catalase, hemoglobin, Fe—S clusters).
A new cohort study of ~8 million individuals shows COVID-19 vaccination was associated with increased cancer incidence. Several specific cancers showed relative increases ranging from ~20–70% at 1 year. That magnitude over such a short timeframe is NOT normal.

These biochemical cascades synergize with the other silent bio-weapons of the modern world:

— Poor biomechanics (fascia carries electricity)
— (Pharmaceutical) drugs + alcohol
— Chronic stress/trauma/nervous system dysregulation
— Loss of faith/gratitude (attack on religons)
— Mold/mycotoxin exposure
— Environmental toxins
Beyond the health fundamentals (eg., breathing, mindset, sleep, nutrition, light/darkness, etc.), these are some things to explore below. As always, getting basic blood biochemistry interpretation (alongside other labs if needed) is FUNDAMENTAL to reversing engineering the weak areas of physiology (what I do for you inside my skool community)
Spike protein is degraded by ubiquitination tagging, followed by lysosomes inside cells, which is a MgATP-dependent process for the proton pump to acidify and activate lysosomal enzymes. You need to restore autophagy (+ mitophagy—fission/fusion—biogenesis dynamics) signals in order to clear spike protein. One of the main signals of autophagy requires superoxide release from the ETC, so you need mitochondria back online in order for this process to occur. Alongside this, you need AMPK activation via high AMP/ATP ratio, which is stimulated by exercise, fasting/feeding cycles, cold/heat therapy, sunlight exposure, and with certain compounds (EGCG, trehalose, melatonin, resveratrol, etc.)
Supporting gut health is huge as it's so common these days, so an elimination diet, bone broth/glutamine, goat colostrum, aloe vera, pomegranate juice, chitosan, (SBO) probiotics, goat kefir, certain digestive aids (ACV, digestive enzymes, TUDCA), alongside antimicrobials if necessary (eg., black seed oil, MCT oil).
Due to the fact that the spike protein disrupts the electron transport chain, it's important to saturate with micronutrients, test your mitochondrial metabolites (via OAT + blood test, alongside lactate/ketones/glucose with associated meters preferably), and support redox status/oxidative stress. Vitamin C, vitamin E, glutathione, selenium, copper, zinc, iron, sulfur, electrolytes, phospholipids, all B vitamins, grounding, and polyphenol-rich plant foods are fundamental here for oxidative stress mitigation. You may need to do some calculated trial-and-error with higher-than-normal doses of certain B vitamins. On top of this; CoQ10/ubiquinol, PQQ, K2-MK7, black seed oil, Fo-Ti, and alpha-lipoic acid are all beneficial compounds for mitochondrial function that restore NAD+ levels, but have unique effects of their own. *MAYBE* methylene blue...
Then there's the layer of actually breaking down spike protein extracellularly and independent of lysosomes. This looks like the fibrinolytic/proteolytic enzymes such as like nattokinase + bromelain as the best options.
Other binding + neutralizing agents:
— Ivermectin (binds spike protein strongly)
— Nicotine (competes at alpha-7 nicotinic receptor to free up spike protein for degradation)
— Curcumin (anti-inflammatory, blocks spike binding to ACE2 to also free it up)
— GlyNAC (to form glutathione)
— NAC (directly acts on spike protein + glutathione)
— Glycine + magnesium (cofactors for glutathione synthesis)
— Black seed oil (many roles, mentioned above)
— EGCG (found in sencha tea or supplemented, anti-inflammatory, inhibits spike binding at ACE2)
Then it's all about supporting detoxification on top via lysosomal degradation (mentioned above), autophagy, lymphatic drainage, hepatic conjugation (if necessary), urine + bile/stool excretion, and binders.
Further recovery may require thymus/immune support (which ties in with mitochondria + gut health mentioned above). Dessicated thymus, goat's colostrum (again), cod liver oil, medicinal mushrooms, zinc, melatonin, skullcap, and sunlight + IR light directly on the thymus (sequencing is key for this).
One last thing.
Don't let it stress you out that you did get it. Neuroticism literally shaves years off your life. For the record, I got 2 shots, and so far I'm in overwhelmingly better health than I ever was prior (for context, I wasn't super health conscious in 2020 and didn't think it was a big deal to get jabbed). You'd be surprised how many people in the health space have actually got it (esp. in Australia).
