@tfwrail Not operating safely. Passengers feel overheated and claustrophobic every week. Unacceptable for such expensive tickets! I made a complaint weeks back and got a very generic, inadequate reply. Unbearable until Frodsham, which is almost one hour into the journey. Just awful!

@tfwrail your Tuesday 16:48 Llandudno service from Manc Oxford Rd is absolutely DISGUSTING. Every week people crushed and on the verge of passing out. Now taking photos and videos. Why is it so hard to put on an additional carriage or two at peak time!? Get it sorted out!!!!

@tfwrail It is every single week. I refuse to believe all available carriages are out for repair every single week. This service does not operate safely and is WAY over capacity! I am on it right now as we speak, and it is unbearable!
