@endclothing - Can you please enlighten me as to how I’ve been trying to speak to an agent since Saturday about my parcel which DPD have incorrectly delivered, and every single chat I’ve started, had one reply then no response? This is truly awful customer service.

I am done being patient. The service has been absolutely negligent. How are you leaving vulnerable households (ANY household) without internet for 6 days, and then providing NO update as to where the engineer is? Please, please, please, explain this to me. What is this service?

@TalkTalk I cannot cope with the complete lack of duty of care from your service. We have been without internet for 6 days. Was told on Friday an engineer would be out on Saturday, then on Saturday they would be out today, it’s now 7pm and still no engineer.

We are a vulnerable household, as I had explained to countless agents. I have had no less that 10 conversations with agents trying to get a resolution. Today alone, I have been told 4 times that the engineers would be here and to be patient.

@Brent_Council I have sent 2 emails through the online system, and received no response at all. One was going on 2 months ago and another a month. Are you able to advise when I’m likely to hear back? It is fairly urgent!
