Well said. The paradox of (tech) entrepreneurship. The courage to start seems to be suspiciously more common among well-off chaps. Don‘t know about the banking world though: while it seems that a shorter and financially focused feedback loop might weed out nepotism, i feel like the network is the only thing that pays (apart from trading), and this network is inherited.
