@DPearsonPHL I got sick after some moron smoked pure tar on a subway platform last year before the rollback. It's gotten way better but there's a long way to go. WMATA does a great job using unarmed security along with Metro Police to deter these QOL offenses. Thoughts on that for SEPTA?
