I've been here since 2009 but I think i'm finally taking a break from here. I love sharing things with the community on here, connect with people I don't elsewhere. But i'll still be on IG I suppose. Just can't really deal with what Elon has done to this platform.
:(
Very happy I could help test the new Zbrush for IPad for most of this year now. I did this one with no keyboard and it finally feels like the portable sculpting sketchbook I’ve been wanting for years.
@CopperSoffit@weareMK12 The jump to HD was like oh crap how do we render so many more pixels?!? Also... trying to upscale older work, was much more intense.
Where we are remembered and referenced.
Where we celebrate the history & future.
Where our work is set in stone.
Where we go to learn more.
@ArtoftheTitle
I'm donating to the site to keep it running and vibrant – will you as well?
Sharing for visibility, There is little to no support for the title industry, especially FILM. Art of the Title has been an amazing resource, fighter for credits on things often uncredited (ironic) and an all around amazing collection.
If you can support or share:
Another throwback. To learning how to process greenscreen footage in the classic @weareMK12 fashion. Buried in precomps for swappable footage, stacked with expression sliders for detail, variation and highlights.

@SamplisticMedia@weareMK12 Oh describing it sounds fancier than it was. Like just think of a layered painting and trying to create a bottom up stack but with precomps to swamp out hundreds of clips. Like enough to get a broad stroke but can be refined by tweaking parameters
@poorjohnny@weareMK12 more like just controlling top level stuff , like if we had closeups or kid shots those needed different settings than wides? i mean most of it was just effect stacks right? basic shit just layered like a cake
