Meanwhile, in utopian Al Andalus where race totally didn't matter and totally didn't exist yet because it was not invented by Christians yet...

If you just do rudimentary research on slavery in Islamic lands you will find that white slaves were pretty much universally used as administrators, concubines by elites, soldiers etc. while black slaves were used as hard labourers. A lot of the earlier scholarship was outright biased and pretended there was no racial element to slavery but more recent scholars have thoroughly attacked that. Racism was completely normal in the Islamic world and they didn't need Europeans to tell them what race is. (shocker!)
