@CostaCoffee Was about to buy my son a costa gift card. He's a paramedic (very hard working) - and likes a Costa when he's just finishing a job at QMC Nottingham or Derby Hospital.
Reading the Ts & Cs I realised the hospital outlets don't accept gift cards!

From other retailers I buy 16 to 18 (I'm a generous 16, 18 is usually a bit baggy). So I'm fretting that M might be too small, L too big.

@marksandspencer I ordered a £65 xmas food gift on 26/11/23 for delivery on 22/12. At 8:30 pm on 23/12 I was emailed to say it would not be delivered.
Appalling service. After 50 years my retail relationship with M&S is done.
Exceptionally poor service.
