@sainsburys I usually pay using gift cards as I get discount from employer. However the gift card wasn’t working, staff said there’s an issue with gift card payments everywhere. I had to pay by card. Is there any way to get the difference refunded?

@LGUKCare I purchased a tv direct from the lg uk website that comes with 5 years extended warranty. The tv appeared automatically under ”my products” list. Do I need to do anything to activate the extended warranty? Website is very vague about what to do.

@SP_EnergyPeople hi, I have a smart meter which apparently doesn’t have a strong enough signal to send you the readings. Is there any way to actually fix this? I have been through the diagnostic process with your call centre but they were unable to resolve it.
