@MI_Nationalist It's a kind of strange thing to me, even at my lowest points in life has it never occurred to me to deliberately make it worse for myself.
Back in 7th grade I was getting groom n asked for nsfw pic, n the guy grooming saw my SH scar n comforted me, which surprised me cause no matter how much my arm was shredded, my family didn’t seem to care or acknowledge it at family dinner
Separating romance from friendship is woman-coded. Friendships are relationships based on mutual, self-giving love. Women tend to view romance as receptive, while men treat it as reciprocal. True romantic love is mutual and self-giving. So, true romance only exists in friendship.
Iran is the obvious choice.
It isn't a lawless shithole, and also the government is very likely to repatriate you (especially a friendly government like South Africa).
This sntiment is very relatable by the way.
Sometimes I seriously consider joining one of the many Burmese ethnic militias and fighting in the jungles.
It's over
Romantic Love is a lie
Three years to Dagestan/Donbass/French Foreign Legion and forget
Learn the art of the blade and gun
Become a veteran mercenary
Live only for money glory and war
I also believe that modern social trends have led to a strange seperation in the minds of many women between intimacy and friendship, where intimacy with friends is seen as weird but perfectly normal with strangers.
I say this at the risk of sounding like a overreligious nutjob.
Even in this scenario my opinion of the hypothetical gay friend would not change.
I would tell them that I'm not interested, but I wouldn't suddenly believe that this guy was chasing.
This is simply an irreconcilable difference between how men and women see friendship.
Okay imagine your guy friend revealing after years that hes actually gay and in love with you. Does that change the dynamic of your friendship? Do you feel like the camaraderie was based on a lie and this sexual attraction changes the friendship? Does it make it weird? Do you normally hang out with guys who want to fuck you? Does every future interaction with him change from ‘bro’ coded to ‘suitor’ coded?
I think the betrayal and disgust reaction isnt really conveyed by if you think of your girl friend revealing this secret crush, its more similar to the reaction youd feel if your guy friend revealed it after years of never mentioning it and now youre reviewing your entire friendship together under the lens that he was only there to get in your butt.
Also, as a girl, there’s a difference between guy friend who would probably not turn you down if you made a move and guy friend who is only orbiting you bc he secretly longs for more.
