I spent two years filming a very silly comedy webseries with my boyfriend, and the first episode is out now! Watch Agnes to find out how much you have to pay for an organic apple in Copenhagen:

@joakial_ "to ensure no accidents, we will hire a group of 14 year old boys to take the wheel in cases where accidents are imminent or if the buses needs to be serviced in Sweden"
@LinguisticsShi1@dxrsam_0 Danish is starting to do this, we used either indicative "du skal ikke sige det" 'you shall not say it' or an imperative "lad være" meaning 'let be': "Lad være med at sige det" 'let be with to say it' but now more people just put 'not' before the imp: "Ik' sig det!" 'not say it!'
@iwsfutcmd There's an article looking at the three-way intelligibility between Danish, Norwegian and Swedish where they graph the level of understanding as triangles and show that Norwegians understand more of the others than they understand Norwegian, but I can't remember the title...
@iwsfutcmd I'd say that Danish might be harder for a Swede than Swedish is for a Dane? Because our sound system (especially consonants) are more weakened, so sounds blend together while Swedes talk as Danes spell.
