@DanTalksGames "It's loss aversion" is something I've been told multiple times. It's such an odd talking point because
A) It's saying "I want to power-trip" without any further thought.
B) You can just plan encounters with several level -2 enemies and the players will hit more!

@SpicyEncounters Same as if a character is Dying, keep in initiative.
Let's say Fighter is down, Dying 2, but the boss is weak. It's Cleric's turn, they can cast Heal or Harm. They choose Harm and kill the boss. If you spare Fighter, then Cleric's choice didn't matter.

@SpicyEncounters So much of what I love about playing pf2e is how much "secondary" stuff you can do. Your fighter can be suave and diplomatic, or your Sorcerer book-smart. Other systems garrote secondary abilities by making you compromise your "primary role"
