I know my password, yet I'm locked out of my account. It's been like this since 2022.

@Bose I have a feeling this will be because back in 2022 I forgot I already had an account and tried to sign in using Facebook auth and it's gone sideways from there, but knowing that doesn't help me log in, dammit. 😠

@jetha I mean obviously it's not a perfect solution, but programming assignments are very formulaic, so the more friction points which expose LLM use, the easier it is for the poor people stuck grading them.

@jetha E.g. manipulating a list of riddle Q's and A's where the user has to read the q and fill in the correct answer for a bunch of them. Coz turns out people are good at that stuff while LLMs fall over.

(Yes, all my current Japanese language knowledge is directly related to judo, I started learning judo when I was 6 and my sensei insisted we had to know the names of throws in Japanese to get your next belt grade)

@bikewalkperth Tell me about it, during the day the route closest to me only runs on the hour. The day I was discharged from hospital, rather than inconvenience my family and ask them to come get me, I took the bus and had to wait 40 minutes for the last stretch. Nearly fainted on the walk home
