You are not accurate. I landed there 4 days in a row. They had plenty of water . They had food. And I deliver more myself and people were in high spirits under the circumstances. We gave them cat and dog food few people had animals. Solar lights. Cleaning stuff. The team you see there is Urban rescue NY-1 that checked all area up and down the stream looking for people or bodies etc 18 of them and 3 dogs…@NationalGuard was there. Many young man and woman.
