@jordanbpeterson Judeao-christian-islam-zorastrian-thedruze monotheism has its good stories. History shows that European "Christians" were good at making new stuff and Jewish Europeans were good at funding the monarchies to fight their wars. Equally powerful stories from everywhere else.

@son2008@davidicke If you're talking about trying to get a super majority of regular folks to make collective decisions I am worried. Tyranny of the Majority is real. The majority is mostly wrong. I prefer a benevolent dictator and a gutting of the banking/managerial class (open source software)
@veteransinsight @PierrePoilievre@CPC_HQ@SeanFraserMP Since when was it normal for a renter to pay the entire mortage so that some person or corporation with "access to capital" can make more and more huge purchases and have others pay it off with their sweat blood and tears? This is fuedalism. Canada 21st century

@ericweinstein I expect that by the time new ideas reach the guys on the hill, its about 20 years old. And anything they do takes about 5 years to implement, and so you get results for a problem 25 years old, and by then the solution they thought of is usually obsolete.
@jordanbpeterson Being successful doesn't involve indiscriminate killing of citizens, usury, superiority, denegrating the "other" by labeling them animals and scurges. There needs to be a way to specify the difference between people and their DEGENERATE leaders. WAR IS A RACKET.
@jordanbpeterson More often then not what you find meaningful also brings happiness (as well as greif and all other emotions) if you are pursuing meaning, the reward comes with that pursuit. The trick is to make enough money doing what you find meaningful. Talent, connections, marketing, luck...

@PierrePoilievre The biggest barrier for rural and suburban affordability is government permits. Landowners MUST be able to start from scratch. If someone ownes land and wants a yurt that should be their perogative. Let people start small and build up.
@TheoFleury14 The people I know who have done it were over 80, in pain all the time and had lived long fulfilling lives. The % of people without family and children is growing. Hopefully the uptake will level out once the early adopters stage is over.
@MaximeBernier "FIRST WORLD" countries can't exist for generations on generational wealth. Already we are turning into a rentiers economy and those who are heavily invested in globalist corporations. The other side of the coin is that our small population and vast territory doesnt compete.
