YOUR ANDROID PHONE IS SLOW BECAUSE OF A DEFAULT SETTING.

Not old hardware.

Most people buy a new phone before they ever find this:

Takes 90 SECONDS TO FIX. Here is exactly how ⤵️

[Saidul @saidul_dev]

That folder of PDFs still needs turning into something your software can read.

OXR looks useful for that job, and not only because it handles 13 element types with Markdown/JSON output, source coordinates and a layout model you can replace; it also leads olmOCR-Bench, OmniDocBench and DocParsingBench, and on the speed run no open-source rival finished sooner (101s for OXR, 144.7s for PaddleOCR-VL-1.6, same 100 pages, single GPU, RTX PRO 6000). An open-source 1.3B model with those results is worth keeping around.

Beyond OCR. Meet OXR.
Only 1.3B. Open source.

#1 on olmOCR-Bench, OmniDocBench & DocParsingBench🏆
#1 in parsing speed among open-source models⚡

RSI-powered. A first in document parsing.
Turn documents into Agent-Friendly data.

If OXR helps, give us a star on GitHub! 🌟

[Saidul @saidul_dev]

Eleven v4 plus Seedance 2.5 sounded great on paper and fiddly in practice.

CapCut Black Friday is officially here today: save 60% on Pro or 40% on Ultra.

The deal runs October 20–30, exclusively on CapCut Desktop.

I like the creative direction of an AI-generated shot, but one section still needs another look.

Local Inpainting in CapCut PC gives me a focused way to revise that selected area.

Afterward, I can review the updated shot on the timeline and decide how well it fits the campaign’s look and flow.

It’s worth exploring when the overall visual feels useful and the next round of feedback concerns a specific detail.
