Due to the weather warning in place this week, it has been decided to cancel sports day on Thursday . This is to keep all pupils safe from the heat and extreme sun exposure. Please pass the message to other parents who may not see this.Diolch
@TUIUK At Alicante airport queues for check in are horrendous flights at 11.30am been in the queue for nearly an hour already! Tried online check in and was told system issue. No luggage but having to queue. What is going on?
@TUIUK so I only ever travel with hand luggage so I DON'T have to queue in the airport (Alicante today queued for an hour!) so why was I unable to check in online? Many others with suitcases managed it! Was it because we didn't pay for seats! Very discriminatory! #unfair#atol
@TUIUK still the morning gets worse! Been sat on the plane for over and hour and a half whilst the special assistant people were loaded last. Missed our slot and now delayed! I blame the appalling check in! 11.30 flight now 12.20 said hopefully start engines in 10mins.
@Trespass just wanted to say a huge thank you to a female member of staff at your Cwmbran store. Further to my previous message, she went above and beyond to help me and replace my damaged product when I couldn't find the receipt!
@Trespass@Trespass I purchased these shoes back in November 2025 to wear to work and I have been wearing them daily since then I have just noticed today that a small tear has appeared on the crease of my right foot. Won't allow me to message you directly! What should I do next?
Did you know 😏
He rubbed lemon juice on his face. Robbed two banks. Smiled at the cameras. Got caught in an hour. And changed psychology forever.
In 1995, McArthur Wheeler walked into two banks in Pittsburgh and robbed them with no mask, no disguise, and lemon juice on his face. He believed that because lemon juice works as invisible ink on paper, it would make his face invisible to cameras. He smiled directly into the security cameras. Police aired the footage on the evening news and arrested him within an hour.
When shown the tape, Wheeler stared at the screen and said, "But I wore the juice." He had tested the theory with a Polaroid selfie and didn't appear in the photo — because lemon juice got in his eyes and he aimed the camera at the ceiling.
His case inspired Cornell psychologists David Dunning and Justin Kruger to publish their 1999 paper defining the Dunning-Kruger Effect — the cognitive bias where people with low ability drastically overestimate their own competence.

I am increasingly frustrated by the fact that you keep closing my calls after promising me you will look at my case and get back to me! I will continue to fight for my innocence when you have ignored all evidence and show no proof.
@lady_valor_07 More pens (that don't work) fuses, light bulbs, cable ties, instructions , batteries, old phones and/or power leads, post it's, rubbers, tape measure, chewing gums, dog poo bags, or is that just mine 🤣🤣
This has been ignored. We have already proven that the apartment was in a terrible state and as soon as we complained he threw in these claims. Clearly in retaliation! He took a deposit for damage which he RETURNED before asking to you take money from us. I am shocked and upset
@Airbnb@Airbnb_uk I am writing in disgust. You have just upheld a complaint saying that I have stained the curtains in the picture during a recent stay. This is the photo I took just after we arrived (next day as we arrived late) CLEARLY showing existing DRY stains. #scammed
@John_Dabell Fantastic photo, following you everyday and willing you with every post. The one about not being able to eat or drink anymore has me flummoxed. Would love to say something poetic, but can't find anything to help with not being able to taste your favourite foods anymore. 😩
