We are pleased to welcome Catherine Swift as a featured speaker at Reclaiming the North, taking place September 14–15 in Winnipeg.

Catherine is a prominent Canadian economist and business leader with decades of experience in public policy, banking, government, and small-business advocacy. She now leads the Coalition of Concerned Manufacturers & Businesses of Canada, representing Canadian manufacturers and small and medium-sized businesses. Drawing on her extensive experience in economic analysis and business advocacy, Catherine will discuss the economic conditions required for northern infrastructure corridors to attract private capital, strengthen Canadian competitiveness, and generate long-term prosperity for both Indigenous communities leading the projects and also all of Canada.
