@FlyFrontier I am demanding a full refund. My flight was supposed to be direct from San Juan to Chicago but resulted with an unexpected stop in Miami and full cancellation of the flight. You lied to passengers for 8 hours and kept us on a plane without food or water.
@Ryan75675191@FlyFrontier I wrote a complaint to them for how we were treated and they offered $100 credit if used within a certain amount of time and we paid $572 for out tickets. They are getting worse

@FlyFrontier ya’ll are the worst. Made everyone board your plane in Lexington, Kentucky all for you to announce there are mechanical issues 45 minutes later! now you announce you need a mechanic to get there (at least 40 more minutes) to fix said plane?!!!! All bad!
Whatever you do - don’t fly Frontier Airlines. They have cancelled multiple flights on us and those we know and and they fight you on reimbursement. When they do reimburse it only partially covers the flight you scramble to book. They are a horrible airline. @FlyFrontier
@FlyFrontier flight delayed AGAIN!!!! This airline is an absolute JOKE! Merging with Spirit airlines is going to make it even worse! NEVER waste your money flying Frontier!! Disgraceful.
@FlyFrontier just politely asking my money back but is only give me less then half of my money back. When they all sudden cancel my flight. DO NOT TAKE THIS AIRLINE

I don't like to complain, but I had the worst experience of my life with @FlyFrontier. Canceled flight, no customer service, no compensation to cover the cost of hotel, uber, new flight. Times are tough, but corporations should not take this kind of advantage of their customers.
