On Thursday, $OUTLAW launches with a new NFT primitive: the token market becomes the mint, and the fees from that market flow back to the NFTs it creates.
There is no normal mint. Trade $OUTLAW, eligible buys automatically earn tickets, and winning tickets mint one of 15,000 Outlaws directly to your wallet.
Win an Outlaw, stake it, and you earn from the same trading activity that minted it in the first place.
Instead of launching a token and NFT collection separately, both are built into the same loop: trading distributes the NFTs, then keeps feeding fees back to the people holding them.
how it works
$OUTLAW launches on @frontierhood on Thursday, Sept 10 at 12:00 UTC, starting on the bonding curve.
Once the curve graduates, trading moves to the AMM and the first Outlaw draw begins. From that point, eligible buys earn tickets automatically through the fee you were already paying. There is no separate ticket sale or extra transaction, you enter simply by trading the token.
Every trade also feeds the Outlaws pot. Outlaws come in four ranks: Gold, Silver, Bronze and Iron, and once won they can be staked to earn from that pot, with your rank determining your weight.
So as $OUTLAW trades, the same market that is minting new Outlaws is also generating fees for the Outlaws already staked.
airdrop
Airdrop entries are already open, with 150 Outlaws up for grabs until Friday at 19:00 UTC. Follow, repost the airdrop post and submit your wallet through the entry link.
after launch
14 days after graduation, the Genesis Auction begins. Outlaws are sold through a descending-price auction paid entirely in $OUTLAW, with every token spent burned.
So the loop is simple: trade $OUTLAW β earn tickets β mint Outlaws β stake them β trading fees flow back to Outlaws.
A new way to launch a token and NFT collection where the market itself mints the NFTs and keeps rewarding them afterwards.
It all starts Thursday π·
@Bitpapatalks@Kaffchad@frontierhood The catch is that the pot isn't tied to one coin's volume. Any token launched on frontier can bind the extension and feed it, $OUTLAW is just the first

@ChillTRD the fee layer is where it gets weird imo. a swap fee doesn't have to be revenue, it can be a ticket, a game piece, a claim on something. that's the part nobody's priced in yet
@ahboyash@RobinhoodCrypto@uponrh@fablesfi@Uniswap since you asked: a v4 extension where coins wire custom mechanics at deploy. ours routes buy fees into a draw that crowns ranked nfts, mainnet in days
outlaws tldr:
- trade a coin running our extension. the fee you already paid mints draw tickets, same tx, nothing extra
- every round the pot crowns ranked outlaws: gold, silver, bronze, iron
- rank is where you placed, not a roll. staked outlaws draw from the pot by rank
- 15,000 cap. rounds stretch from minutes to a day, so the earliest rounds crown the most
- the only thing ever sold is the genesis stock, by falling auction, paid in $OUTLAW, every coin burned
full writeup below πΉ
some uni v4 ideas i want to see explored:
- gamified swaps
- loyalty programs built directly into swaps
- dynamic fees
- conditional orders
- onchain trading reputation
but there are much much more
Launch is getting close
one thing worth knowing before it does: rounds start short and crown the most winners early. the schedule only slows down from there πΉ
@0xMrPinky@rallypadfun we hook into one rather than being one, but same idea. fees stay in instead of leaving
ours go into a draw, and the ticket is the fee you already paid
