@ghd brought a pair of irons from you within 6 weeks they wouldn’t work. Returned them, 14days later a new irons arrive, within 6 weeks they broke again!! Awful customer service, nobody to talk to, on hold for over 20mins.

@GMB it’s slightly different when the government lock everyone down and stop people from attending cancer treatment app and attending family’s funerals I assume? @richardm56
@JDSports been in contact with your customer service team since 6th Jan regarding a lost item and partial reimbursement. I have been blatantly ignored on all avenues now even via phone call your team makes promises and no action. Disgusting
