Possibly repeatedly inhaling lead protects from those kinds of things. We should do a study.

@bizzehdee @davepl1968 Anecdotally, on a cold day my fuel consumption readout is significantly worse if I stop the car for 15 minutes and drive home than if I just leave the car idling for 15 minutes. So at the least it's burning more fuel.
