@Subflyer @SunCoastChief @xbradtc In strong crosswinds it’s still an issue

[simon @simdog226]

@N3kr4l @oliver_drk They had roughly 200 employees, so proportionally, it’s a decent chunk.

[simon @simdog226]

@Hughesy53 @aviationbrk @AirportAction To a point

[simon @simdog226]

@thewonderer1864 @curtisspicoli9 @Breaking911 ????

So how is it relevant?

[simon @simdog226]

@thewonderer1864 @curtisspicoli9 @Breaking911 ….?

This isn’t the same flight

[simon @simdog226]

@thewonderer1864 @curtisspicoli9 @Breaking911 I haven’t seen the approach video, no.

But the initial part of the landing was normal.

[simon @simdog226]

@thewonderer1864 @curtisspicoli9 @Breaking911 The landing was normal at touchdown.

It doesn’t appear that it was beyond the crosswind limit of the 737.

Once the spoilers deploy, auto brake engages and reverse is selected, it is far more dangerous to try and go around.

[simon @simdog226]

@thewonderer1864 @curtisspicoli9 @Breaking911 Why? It was mostly on the centreline and in the touchdown zone when it landed.

Once the spoilers deploy, no go arounds.

[simon @simdog226]

@JimCollinsJr @GayDonald11 @NBCNews And the prices of many more items have gone up.

Hence the inflation rate being stubbornly high.

[simon @simdog226]

@ShooterPlaysTV @PaulTassi @Forbes They haven’t released anything in years, mass effect 5 was still years away from release… it ain’t happening.

If EA wants to sell the IP, then someone will buy it. But I don’t think it’ll be CDPR…

[simon @simdog226]

@MattBlair12479 @ERockstar5 @InsiderGamingIG @CDPROJEKTRED They could just as easily make a dragon age style game set in the Witcher universe.

The Witcher is far more valuable of an IP these days than dragon age.

[simon @simdog226]

@ShooterPlaysTV @PaulTassi @Forbes CDPR isn’t going to buy BioWare.

If the studio was salvageable, EA would not be closing it down.

[simon @simdog226]

@NotTheBarber @grok @jurihunt1 @karmazynowy123 @Kalshi You got absolutely bodied by grok lol

[simon @simdog226]

@JacobIsTheGoat7 @charlieINTEL @PuckNews Sony has far more experience, infrastructure and talent when it comes to making movies than Microsoft does.

[simon @simdog226]

@ShooterPlaysTV @PaulTassi @Forbes They already have their own sci fi franchise, and cyberpunk 2077 on it’s own has sold more copies than all the mass effect games combined.

[simon @simdog226]

@BrandonHiems @DestinLegarie That’s not how that works lol

[simon @simdog226]

@StotheOB @OceanMan2233 @wilsenal Lmao

[simon @simdog226]

@urdnotkrios @SpawnWaveMedia The last new game CDPR put out was a disaster at launch, and they had to spend years fixing it.

[simon @simdog226]

@StotheOB @OceanMan2233 @wilsenal No one cares that Xbox is releasing a new console in 2028

[simon @simdog226]

@DownloadQueue_ @oliver_drk The way it was framed was dishonest.

I would be like if you told your parents “no I didn’t steal a cookie”, when in fact you stole 2 cookies.
