@SW_Help 5pm from London Waterloo to Petersfield. Seems like many trains between 5pm and 7pm are cancelled already, but off-peak ones in the day aren't. Surely you're cancelling your busiest trains in advance? Doesn't make much sense but I'd love to understand the logic.
